Manheaven Project Brainbees

If life on earth is to be saved, a global effort is needed that is comparative to and superlative to the WWII Manhattan Project to build the atom bomb: A Manheaven Project. As is, we are all on deathrow. Who gets off and how many depends on the inevitable Manheaven Project having optimal democracy, capitalism and disgust. As is, humanity has money depotism, necronomic decapitalism and blissful self-lies. As is, what needs to be done will not be done. As is, none will get off of the the global deathrow from rising CO2 levels.

In hopes that all the "As is's" will be reversed by "Not anymore's," numerous and necessary items have been deveople for optimal democracy, capitalism and disgust. Formost are brainbees by which to tap the intelligence of the the people. Secondly, a new global currency system--hierarchical lifehours (global, terras, national, regional, state and districts) has not only been proposed but has an internet structure by which the problem-solving time of the true believers--logical earthlings--can be rewarded as part of the determination of who gets off the death row of the Global Holocaust. If an unemployed person devotes his free, disposable time to the primary moral imperative, he will have lifehour credits than the workhogs who won't share the available work at an optimal workweek length.

Brainbees will be used to find not only the Einstein Moment for the biggest time-wasting problems but to find the best problem-solvers without consideration of political, subjective factors. Brainbees are a color-blind meritocracy. Plebescites will be used to confirm by public vote who gets off of deathrow.

The following brainbees are for optimal districting of fossil and lifesaving democracy. The United States of America has increasingly suffered worsening habitual problems because election districts have been increasingly "boutique" designed to insure re-election of the incumbent rather than to promote optimal economic activity. Republicans initiated this process. Overall, gerrymandering is not new given the name deriving from a New England governor's actions in the early years of the USA.

The most obvious example of how re-districting benefits the habitual politicians rather than inhabitants of a district is the collection of American Apartheid homelands better known as the 35 Black Congressional District. By metastasizing black majority districts of 60%, 70%, 80% or more, there were over 200 congressional districts in which the black vote was a major voting block catered to by all office-seekers, Democrat and Republican. Since boutiquing apartheid homelands, the economic interests of black citizens was first marginalized before being ignored: As one white Republican Congressman said, to wit, "I don't worry about black issues because I don't have black voters in my district." American Apartheid homelands are another example of how the road to hell is paved with good intentions from bad value or bad math. As a male, I'd rather have 200 congresswomen wanting my vote than 35 congressmen. Do the math.

If life on earth is to be saved--the Primary Moral Imperative--we need a new global hierarchy of public policy-making bodies. The template, outline or roadmap has been been tentatively provided as Global Democracy at timism.net.
