This approach to providing an academic foundation
for Timism was not pursued due to threats of legal action
by a Virginia university against the originator of Timism.
As a result, foreign schools were chosen
to develop the Center of Timism.

Over 300 paid on-going internships
and academic honors were lost
as well as millions in revenue.
