When a citizen says (with video recording) "Enforce the law," an officer who does not enforce the law will be suspended for 30 days without pay. If that law was on the book, the RPD would have stopped my neighbors and I would never ever had repeat reverse discrimination that prompted reversing Jim Crow into CrowJim.
