Synopsis behind the creation www.CrowJim.com and why Parker Agelasto is its Godfather

For over five years the residents of 401 Bland (the Blanders) have gone out of their way to deny peace and quiet to the residents of 3600 Anne Street. While many instances of law-breaking were recorded, the primary petty crimes were loud radios (90decibels) and illegal parking. The latter caused passing cars to drive off the road, destroying Anne Street property. On 170417, a firetruck was stuck trying to navigate around a Blander's car--series of pictures. A request was made of the Department of Public Works (DPW) to install no parking signs which a field supervisor authorized since Anne Street is only 15 feet wide in the middle. After the signs went up, a period of peace and quiet ensued. A 170526 email by this plaintiff conveyed that there was no longer an intention of suing the city for violation of the 14th Amendment equal rights clause. A few weeks later, the neighbors started parking "illegally" and noisily which, when told they were violating the no parking signs, elicited some nasty, racist profanity. Unbeknownst to the Anne Street residents, Councilmember Agelasto had pressured DPW to remove the signs on the Blanders' side of Anne Street. Where previously the Anne Street residents could park on their side of the street, now they are barred from it. It was a Freedom Of Information Act (below) that revealed the chicanery of Agelasto and Robins. The revelation prompted this activist to be re-committed to revealing not only the origin of CrowJimism but to explore and share insights into "institutionalized black racism"--CrowJimism. If Agelasto had not abused his political position, you would not be reading  this ... nor would millions become familiar with CrowJimism. Agelasto should be fired. It is important to note from 2003 to November, 2012, Betty Ann Brown was my favorite neighbor for whom, as widow, I did about $15,000 in improvement to her property and safety. When she accused me of stealing electricity and call another neighbor "a white bitch" it was the end of our friendship. I won't have racists for friends. Since then the Blanders has gone out there way to destroy my peace and quite as indicated by over 100 videos of her breaking the law, videos recorded in response to 90decibel car and backyard radios: Categories ... The website CrowJim.com would never have been created, uploaded and updated were it not for the actions of Richmond Councilmember Parker Agelasto. Thus, for poetic and drama effect, Parker Agelasto is the Godfather of CrowJimism with Amy Robins as the Midwife of CrowJimism.

(I have lived at 3600 Anne sinc 1979.) No "have been feuding for years"--since when is complaining about neighbor breaking laws a feud? (see over 100 videos trigger by neighbors breaking laws (Categories ... Chronology.). Never took RPD to court. "Over minor issues"--law-breaking is law-breaking. A half-truth is a whole lie. "Mrs. Brown is most hurt because she feel [sic] the city should have notified her family"-- Just when does one's being hurt nullify a law? Just when does one's being hurt trump "Request NP signs for emergency vehicles to past[sic]" "please reassess and remove the 'no parking' on the northside of Anne Street." Thus, as again became the case, vehicles drove around the illegally parked cars onto my grounds destroying steps once again. "Other neighbors state larger emergency vehicles have always come done Carson turning on Beattie and this has not been an issue before." This sentence has numerous lies, to wit, Beattie has a shorter turning radius than Anne Street. I have seen firetrucks backup from Beattie to turn on Anne or back up to Forest Hill Avenue. I have seen a Quinn get stuck at the bottom of Anne Street. I contacted all neighbors except the Blanders: All said they were not contacted by anyone about traffic and parking. All said, they would have let me know if someone was asking about me. (Think about it: Does this not sound concocted? Also, where in this email has any reference been made previously to emergency vehicles? Amy Robins is talking to herself.) Amy Robins is one big fat liar who should not be allowed to be a foster parent.

Parker Agelasto: None of the following would have happened if you had been an ethical, law-observing public official. If I did any of the following, I would be incarcerated. Please note that all these videos occurred after Amy Robins' 170705 lie-filled email (above) and Capt. Snawder said he had no problem with removal of the signs. (I would think he would like to have fewer complaints to deal with which he surely knew would result with the Blanders parking illegally next to blind corner and playing their radios at 90db.) In other words, Godfather, you co-enabled and encouraged them to be mean-spirit in their actions toward me.

Besides expelling Parker Agelasto from public office and terminating his liasion's city employment, I request the courts to order the original DPW work order (A,B) for installing "No Parking" to re-affirmed and amended as follows:

Otherwise, the Blanders will continue to violate decency and laws that will require the Anne Street residents to cost the city in 911 calls and police intervention. The Blanders can start using their handicap parking in front of their 401 Bland Street house or downsize the fence on Carson Street so they can park behind their house.

None of this would have occurred if Richmond Police Department had enforced the laws and if Parker Agelasto had not requested the no parking signs removed.
