   1. 161128: Neighbor's workman starts at 8am, radio blaring. Call police about noon. Radio turned off for an hour. Turned back on at 1pm. Called at 3pm to complain. Radio location: 80 ft vs. 60 ft. I was closer to radioman who turned radio up so he could hear it.
8. 2017
   1. 17???? Fire Engine Trapped
   2. 170719: Police Call, Walking along the creek, my neighbor's daughter is doing something in the trunk of her new car. She flips me the bird. I say, "It is nice to see you legally parking, but you are still going to lose your house because of your illegal activities." A short while later, my wife says police cars are in front of 401 Bland. The police should stop coming to Anne St calls from my neighbors which fall into the "he said/she said." Maybe my neighbors have videos, but not ones of my repeatedly breaking laws. The police should just avoid coming until there is blood on Anne Street.
