Dear ??

Once again, I find myself a victim of reverse discrimination. A new neighbor has a straight pipe muffler on his motorcycle. When he drives by, especially going up the hill in front of my house, the noise is very loud. Given I have a hearing loss (I set TV volume to 50, my wife to 20 when I am not listening), the noise is loud.

When I confronted this new neighbor about his noisy motorcycle (License 25743M at 226 Carson Street), his black friend started punching me in the chest causing me to back up 30 to 40 feet. I was told they were calling the police. Fine, I said. When the policeman showed up, he quickly took the side of the black guy. Why is that the black police walk away with the black person, telling me to stay put or go away, while the blacks are allowed to come up and listen to my talk with the police? This is not the first time that the officer, TherenCy, has responded to my complaints. Previously, he said he was not going to write a ticket for a neighbors whose illegal parking was causing damage to my property. Recently, the illegal parking caused a truck to knock off my street sign (Carson/Anne). The street sign disappeared a few days later.

When I told TherenCy that the motorcycle had an illegal muffler, he said he had not seen or heard it. I said, "So, if you don't see a shooting then you do not investigate?" Since TherenCy clearly engages in reverse discrimination, I request that he not respond to any complaint by me. Earlier, when I said that my neighbors was breaking the law, he said, "I'm the law here." Sounds like Bull Conner to me. Sounds like reverse discrimination.

If I am stopped by TherenCy, I will observe the "Talk" by keeping my hand on the steering wheel top. If he shoots me because he thinks I have a gun, I don't carry a gun. Please, if I call, very unlikely, don't send him. If he shows up to a complaint, I will just walk away rather than be, again, a victim of reverse discimination. He is not alone in this "crowjimism"--I have documented several incidences. (Did he enter the latest? 201607160437?)

I gave a homeless person not only a home but food and money. When he kept smoking in my house, I changed the locks when I found he was putting out his cigarettes on my saw table among the sawdust! When I confronted him he threatened me. I wrote the 2nd Precinct--no answer. But when the homeless person called the police, boom, there they are at 10pm waking me up. The black police woman said, "He does your dishes." Consider this, I gave him a month's supply of food which he sold to others ... my wife and I did all the cooking ... we rotated the dishwashing, that is, he washed once while we washed twice. But this did not matter to the black policewoman who probably is a stereotyped "angry black woman" when talking to an old white guy. Unlike the homeless person, I pay her salary. (In July, 2016, my assessment jumped 47.22!) But the point is that whites suffer reverse discrimination in Richmond by the LIO's. You cannot expect white taxpayers to stay or come if Richmond gets a repetition of reverse discrimination by black officials, e.g., Dwight Jones.

In general, I don't see how you can beg citizens to help in felonies when Richmond's LIO (Law Ignoring Officers) do not enforce the minor, petty laws. I expect the two people of who I complained to engage in activity to aggravate me. I hope my sense of the greater good sustains me in any interaction from being harmful to them.  When the black guy was punching me in the chest, I wanted to grab him so he could not bunch or hit me as I startged biting off parts of his faces beginning with nose. But, I have greater things to do. However, if I do lose it, it will be because Officer TherenCy failed to enforce the law thus co-enabling the neighbors. Ironically, the white guy had a black eye and facial bruises. They accused me of threatening them. Really, an 66-year old, overweight guy (240 lbs.) is going to take on two twenty-somethings? TherenCy heard what he wanted to hear.

When I asked for an incident card, TherenCy was initiallly hesitant. When I saw the name, I said that he was the person who discriminated against me in my complaint about my neighbor violating the law. He said he did not remember. But, I have his incident card which, when I went to the police headquarters, the desk officer said there was no incident report. This was not the only incident card I have that was not entered into the system. I am against discrimination but when I am a victim I know that if historically the colors were reversed that we would be talking about black plantation owners abusing white slaves until they created the Klu Klux Klan after a civil war to free white slaves.

I believe in a God whose justice is slow but sure. I will not cry if TherenCy is one day paid for his reversed discrimination. He is part of the problem rather than part of the solution.

Also, if I get into the position I am going to sue the RPD for violating my "equal protection under the law" rights.

Rest assue, I will continue to not call the police when I see violations, a pretty frequent event when you live on quiet street where cars park with needle being on the ground in the morning. And, I know if I saw a murder, per TherenCy, I should not report it since the police don't think it happens unless a LIO witnesses it.

Please don't contact me. Wait for the lawsuit. If I have a complaint and the only available officer is TherenCy, please don't answer the complaint. I am tired of being a victim of reverse discrimination by him.

Sincerely,

who lie to and play the police.

Do police know which side of their bread is buttered?

As is, RPD employees will not be allowed to benefit from 24in4.com and I will work with another police force on implementing related "Elementary Public Safety." Equal protection under the law is a two-way street.
