Police Favoritism

One confounding factor is how my neighbors talk about their police connection including several who use the childcare service--galling that I bought the childcare signs ($90) as a Christmas gift for the neighbor in 2010. It is hard to get justice under the law when Bubba is Bull Conner's buddy. An example was calling about expired temporary plates on an illegally parked car. The next day, new temporary tags were affixed to the still illegally parked car.
