I stopped calling the police because quite simply, the RPD will not enforce the law. As I have said before, it is better to live with being a victim of a nasty neighbor than have the police worsen the insult by taking the side of the offender. Case in point: On 170709 the police came. I said the neighbors had been parking illegally and the police would not enforce the law. I said I had spray painted a line 20 feet from the corner so the neighbors would not park close to the corner causing commercial vehicles to damage my property. The officer's response: If you want the laws enforced then I am going to write you a ticket for vandalizing public property.
 
Further insult was my request of an incident card: The officer handed me one with no name or report, just the date on the back.
 
Like blacks under JimCrow, I have learned not to call RPD. Because I thought the problem was solved, I took my CrowJim.com website down. It will be going back up. I am also arranging my information, photos and videos going back almost six years which document my being victimized by the RPD under the 2nd Article of the 14th Amendment. I will be canvassing shortly thereafter for a law firm to seek compensation from the RPD and Richmond City. But, there is more which will come out in the future.

I am a person who has tried to help one and many, giving much and expecting little. My neighbors violate many laws and regulations. Please do not contact me. I have had enough of CrowJimism.
