With the failure of Richmond Police Department to enforce the laws sufficiently to stop my neighbors' antics, I offer recent examples of which I have over 100 in the last six years. If the RPD had enforced the law, none of this would have happened. My privacy and peace of mind would not have been repeatedly violated. The neighbors noisily park for 10 to 15 minutes. They know the police will not arrive in that time slot, and, if RPD arrives, they know they can drive away. Their visitors will often not only have loud radios but, while on their cellphones to a 3rd party, they honk their horns for inhabitants to exit the house--a new meaning of honkie.
 
In the following videos, notice that my occasional laughter and limited sarcasm. My comments do not have the plethora of profanity, racism and slander profusions of my neighbors' diatribes. I particularly like "You white motherfucking faggot who sticks his dick in little boys assholes." When describing their behavior, I have used "human trash," not nigger. I would not insult the word nigger by calling them niggers.
  1. Never Going To Get It video(170718): This dance did not make sense until I realized what she meant by "get it" which confirms in another way that these women spend too much time alone concocting an alternative reality. At 2:29 she appears to pull a gun out of her pocketbook: Does she have a permit for a concealed weapon. If she does not have a permit, she should be arrested for branishing a weapon and threatening me. Blood is going to flow on Anne Street. If the police finally enforce the laws, will it be to arrest someone for homicide? Is RPD motto "Don't sweat or arrest the small shat?" This is what I have had to put up with for more than six years thanks to RPD crowjimism--over 100 videos. Please note the "no parking" sign to the left.

    4. The signs on my side belong here. The signs on their side of the street are "leaving."
    5. "I am not going to call the cops. What are they going to do?"--Nothing, RPD does not enforce the laws except against the victims based on my experience from crowjimism.
  5. "No Parking" Signs taken down (170720)

    2. My neighbors were right, the signs were coming down.
    3. When the signs went up, I was told the street was too narrow for any parking on either side. Now, the black neighbors "No parking" signs were removed while the white homeowner cannot park in front of his house because his No parking signs remain up. The street did not get wider nor did the skin color of the residents change.
    4. Who in the Richmond Police Department authorized these signs to be removed?  
  6. Every time the police have come to me after my neighbors have called and complained, there are new and old lies embedded in their accounts. In all cases, it is "he said/she said." One consistency is how the neighbors are "poor, handicapped women." The above videos are a few from the last six years showing they are not handicapped. Who said they were handicapped? Why do they have a handicap "No Parking" sign in front of their house that they don't use? How are these poor, non-working handicapped women able to buy new cars? The videos have the answers.
I am going to continue to video record their illegal parking and taking them to task for noisily invading my privacy and destroying my peace of mind. I blame the RPD for not enforcing the law. The lack of signs will be another example of www.CrowJimism.com in my 14th Amendment lawsuit.
 
As previously said, because of verbal and physical threats, I am carrying a revolver on my person on my property. This will not be needed in self-defense if the RPD does its job instead of expecting me to give up my constitutional, civil and human rights as well as expecting me to do its job.
