In the prior email, I referenced the "ratchet parking" of my neighbor as an indication she was not going to park by my work window with a blaring radio. I was wrong.

171222, Friday night, at about 6:48pm she drove up in the space opposite my corner work station with her radio blaring. My learning moment on TV from Oprah telling people to avoid a scam involving her name (on Ch12) was lost in the radio noise. My neighbor left the car door open for more than ten minutes. I think this is going to be an on-going event, that is, hit-and-run noisy radio like the grandson in his truck the previous night.

[Please recall that I am hard of hearing: My wife sets the TV volume on 20 when I am not present. I set it on 50.]

Their actions are pathetic. My documentation will be used to extract a big reward. As said before, my neighbors' parking habits will cost Richmond millions as well as cost some Richmonders their jobs. They, too, will have more time in litigation and less money in pockets.

Again, the failure of the RPD to enforce the law (Chief Redlight Durham's dirty laundry list) and the readiness of the DPU to over-rule a work-order (Fucking signs coming down) increases my resolve to make Richmond a Timism Deadzone.

171224, Sunday, "It Is A Wonderful Life" was interrupted by Betty Ann Brown parking a noisy car in the space close to my porch where I work and eat as well as watch TV. It is not a wonderful life on Anne Street thanks to my neighbors who feel empowered and enabled by crowjim police and politicians. Nor was it a "Silent Night, Holy Night."

171226, Tuesday, From 7:15pm to 8:05pm , my watching PBS and NCIS was accompanyied by a booming car radio next Betty Ann Brown's house. Walking by, I did not see anyone in the SUV.

171227, Wednesday, Remember this date as the first day that I extended to non-Richmond organizations what Richmond would like to have. Today, December 27, 2017, is the beginning of my building the walls around Richmond as a Timism Deadzone. At some point as the Deadzone grows, more people will see how it will cause Richmond to be another Petersburg. The CrowJimmers who directly or indirectly mistreated me will find themselves out of jobs as a condition of my tearing down the walls of Richmond being a Timism Deadzone.

171228, Thursday, At 12:30am and 4:30am I am awoke by the doctor neighbor's dog barking to get in from the cold. I guess if I want to have peace and quiet (as one policeman told me), I should move after 40 years on Anne Street and after a 47.22% tax hike in 2016. I pay more and get less ... like a black man in Jim Crow Richmond.

171228, Thursday, Tonya Baker comes home with her car radio blaring, interrupting my work as she parks close to my workspace in front of my door. A few hours later, she moves the car down the street to park off the street. This further confirms my conclusion that Betty Ann Brown was recently visited by RPD LIOs with a warning to be better neighbors. Obviously, they look for new ways to irritate me. Don't they have better things to do?

171229 @ 0445 (a few minutes ago) Tonya Baker comes out and starts her car to warm it. She turns the radio up full-blast. Ten minutes later she returns and drives off to her full-time DOC job even tho she is apparently drawing full SSDI monthly checks. She knows the police cannot respond quick enough to any complain from me about loud noise. (As the videos show, she is not handicapped deserve no handicap parking sticker, no handicap parking sign, and no SSDI.)
