180325 (180330)
Unpleasant Greetings once again,
On Sunday (180324), once again, the broken
record began to be played yet another time. For several days I had enjoyed peace
and quiet with a lingering thought "I have been here before. What next?
When?" To my chagrin, I was not disappointed.
So, in early Saturday afternoon, I heard a radio
that did not, like most, pass in a few moments. Looking at Anne Street, there it
was once again, my neighbor parking her car
in the middle of Anne Street. For 15 to 20 minutes, the street was blocked
as I saw cars start to turn on Anne Street, but backup.
To be clear, I was not looking 24/7 for my
neighbors when a noisy radio once again announced their law-breaking
presence. Because of having been twice sucker punched by neighbors dislodging my
glasses (180217 and 180310) and having met with no response from Chief Durham on
arresting them, I now keep my distance. I truly believe the crowjimming RPD
would like for me to injure these women so I can be imprisoned on trumped up or
exaggerated charges.
A few weeks ago, my neighbors had a noisy impromptu
evening party in Anne Street outside my workroom. Two 911
calls resulted in no police response as was predicted by one officer at
an earlier date. One participant told me that he was not afraid of the law
because he had spent 25
years in prison--must have been arrested for jay-walking. Instead of
privacy, I get implied threats. Once again, "Anne Street: The Crime-Free Zone for Black
Law-Breakers."
It is a high of hypocrisy that the reason for
removing the "No Parking" signs was to increase safety, especially using the
40-foot wide "Yield Street" rule which does not apply to a 17-foot wide alley
like Anne Street. The Blanders (those residing at 401 Bland) have
repeatedly not used the parking spaces that the "Godfather" of Crowjimism arranged for them, but use the
whole street.
Consider this photo of a truck blocking Anne Street
for almost 45 minutes which was brought to my attention by cars turning on Anne
Street from Carson before braking, twisting and turning to try another route. At
one point three cars were in grid lock. I guess this is what the DPW
administrator meant by saying that removing the "No Parking" signs would improve
traffic flow and street safety. With CrowJimism, anything goes as the
policy-makers are also the policy-arresters. Can't confirm the failure of a
policy by arresting the perps benefitting from the institutionalize black
racism. Once again, Anne Street, RVA: The crime-free zone
for black law-breakers.
Part of my eventual 14th Amendment lawsuit
will be the de-certification of Alfred Durham as a public safety officer
(Va. Code 9.1-122) and dismissal as Richmond's Police Chief. As there is a
Godfather of Crowjimism based on his repeated injection into the "No Signs"
removal, so is there a "Kingpin" of Crowjimism who had the power,
duty, responsibility and means to stop this all at once by simply enforcing the
laws, that is, Chief "Redlight" Durham. Enuf evidence exists to warrant a
conclusion of corruption, collusion, conspiracy and coverup. Echoing Jim Crow, I
have become Ralph Ellision's Invisible
Man as Incident Reports disappear or are not filed and 911 calls are
not answered.
I have repeatedly said that my neighbors' actions
would not have become more violent (the two sucker-punching physical assaults
knocking off my glasses) if the Blanders (410 Bland Street people) had been
ticketed at the start. This principle is not new, to wit, "Crimes are more
effectively prevented by the certainty than by the severity of the punishment
... The certainty of small punishment will make a stronger impression than the
fear of one more severe." (1764, Cesare Beccaria, Essays on
Crimes and Punishment).
If you want good kids, enforce your "No's." If you
want good citizens, enforce the petty laws to reduce the major crimes. When I
eventually litigate the Blanders into bankruptcy, the seed of their demise
was planted and nurture by RPD.
Another aspect of my forthcoming lawsuit is a
required psychological evaluation of the Blanders. Something is wrong with them
for them to keep repeating this pathology of seeking ways to harass me,
destroying my right to peace, quietude and privacy.
This unending saga is ridiculous! As said before,
these Blanders are not only harassing me but are playing the RPD for chumps.
But, as one cannot rape the willing nor can one prevent a crowjimmer from being
a crowjimmer except, in both cases, by the force of law and
unemployment.
Soon, if nothing goes wrong, a
national/international newspaper with 1.4 million
hardcopy paid subscribers will be serializing my climate change essays
since 1982
which is summarized as CO2: The
Global, Multi-Tasking Killer Molecule. On segment in the "What needs to be
done" is a summary of CrowJimism in
Richmond, in particular, "Anne Street, RVA: A Crime-Free
Zone for Black Law-Breakers."
I have better things to do than compose complaints
and promises like this, but RPD does not do its job which causes me stress and
binge drinking. I still believe that blood will flow on Anne Street as my
neighbors escalate their violence in response to my efforts to have the laws
enforced, not broken. A question to be asked of Chief "Redlight" Durham, should
I shoot to maim or to kill when they again attack and sucker punch me since you
are forcing me into an untenable position of self-defense or self-demise. I am
not going to stop confronting those who initiate invasion of my privacy by
window-shaking noisy radios, car and back yard. Of course, bad publicity for
Richmond, RPD and DPW could be avoided with signs that say, "No Parking, No
Standing, No Honking" but that is too simple and too un-racist.
I am sure now I will be visited by police because I
propose self-defense in lieu of the police doing their job and enforcing the
laws. Again, "Anne Street, RVA: A Crime-Free Zone for Black
Law-Breakers." It is funny. I might be arrested for asking how
to defend myself if attacked while the attackers have the immunity of not
needing a "get out of jail free" card.
Sincerely and sadly,
Robert S. Barnett

P.S. I know I have not only violated the rule of
"Never call out a racist because it only makes them more racist" but I have gone
one step further in defining a new class of racism, that is, wholesale reverse
discimination in the form institutionalized black racism, aka, crowjimism. The
new Klu Klux Klan is the Cocoa Clan. I am ashame of the number of
acquaintances from many years who have recently said, "Told you so, but you
would not listen." Anne Street opened my eyes. And, confirmation is in
the number of white city employees (police and non-police) who say they had
never thought of giving it a name but was aware of systemic black racism against
white co-workers and white taxpayers. This is not only a Richmond problem but a
national social, economic and political problem that will impede the Primary
Moral Imperative of saving life on earth from climate change.
