Dear Ms. Peters,
 
Under the Freedom of Information Acts, I would like to purchase the body cams of the officers associated with the following incident reports for my trial of June 5,
  1. 180310 #20180310-0160 Primary Officer T. Carter and Secondary Officer Unknown

    I simply do not understand how the 180310 protective and trespass warrant could be issued given--per this video in which I was cursed ("Carry your ass") and sucker-punched--I was never within 5 feet of the property line. When physically assaulted, I was retreating into the middle of the Bland Street as the video shows, approximately 15 feet from private property.
     
    Also under FOIA, I request a copy of the original warrant in the neighbor's handwriting which was sworn out by Magistrate Greenberg on 180310 at 12:29pm about one hour after the incident. I would like to know the specifics cited by my neighbor for the Protective and Trespassing warrant. I have witnesses who were working with me in my garden when the neighbor turned her car radio up to over 90dbs.

    Please note I have not been on their property since November, 2012, when Betty Ann Brown called me a thief and called a neigbor a "white bitch." In the prior decade, I did about $15,000 in improvements to her property and her safety. Thereafter, when I told her I would do no more, it became her continual aim to disrupt my life, e.g., 150 videos recorded in response and reaction to their law-breaking: Categories and Chronology. I want to emphasize that if I am a racist, you would need an electron microscope to find it. I hate all racists. Please do not confuse my hatred for black racists for my being a racist. I equally hate white racists.

    (This protective order was revoked on 180416 by Judge Cheek in Manchester Courthouse.)
  2. 180331 #20180331-0292 Primary Officer J. Davis and Secondary Officer Unknown

    In this video, Officer Davis said I was not served the original warrant which he then (on 180331) served on me three weeks after it was originally issued. How can I be held in violation of a protective order that I never knew existed? which Betty Ann Brown obtained on 180402, two days after this incident which prompted my wife to call 911 with Officer Davis responding. Furthermore, as the following shows, I was the victim of profane insults and physical assaults.

    3. Sequence of threats and assaults (transcript): [Please note my non-profane comments.  Sadly, my wife was present and witnessed the events, calling 911.]
      1. [0:11] Throws bottle : "too close to me" but she is the one advancing on  me--[clearly based on her accessing her car's trunk to retrieve the bottle for throwing, her actions were pre-meditated.]
      2. [0:16] "been fucking with me all week" In all the years, I have not initiated any contact except in response to the Blanders breaking laws. Gandhi, MLK and Lincoln all said it is a duty to confront your oppressors.
      3. "all week"--maybe inside her mind. I had had no contact with her including merely filming a prior middle-of-street parking on 130324 and  prior to that was the 130310 daughter's sucker punching me (see above).
      4. [0.18] throws bottle hitting me in ankle which 'smarted' for a couple of days.
      5. [0:19] Attacks me, knocking me about
      6. [0:25] "I'll kill you"
      7. [0:27] "I'll kill you, man."
      8. [0:28] "I'll kill you. Damn sure will."

      11. [0:49] Gets into car
      12. [0:50] "I'll wait for the police. They ain't got no fucking police."
      13. [0:59] Exit car
      14. [1:06] Gets a brick
      15. [1:12] "Keep on fucking with me"
      16. [1:19] Retrieves bottle previously thrown at me
      17. [1:28] Throws bottle at me again, I ducked. [Bottle ends up near telephone pole before being mysteriously moved.]
  3. 180402 Protective Order Violation filed by Betty Ann Brown. How can the above incident #20180331-0292 be viewed by Betty Ann Brown as a trespassing violation when it was both in the middle of a public street (Anne) and she was the aggressor inflicting bodily harm on me and threatening death at least four times--"I'll kill you"? How did she develop the attitude that any contact with Robert S. Barnett was a trespassing on her person and property even if on public property and she was breaking public law? Who encouraged the Blanders to have this sacrosanct attitude?

    I believe the videos of 180310 will reveal the answers and reasons for the escalating violence upon me, Robert S. Barnett, as well as support for a motion to dismiss the June 5, 2018, trial as a miscarriage of justice based on the filing of a false police report.
  4. Please, again, let me know how I can obtain a copy of the 180310 warrant write-up so I can more fullty assist in my trial defense.
