Pro-Litter Tax

When the Bible said to go forward and multiply, only two people were supposedly on the face of the earth, Adam and Eve. Given the common source of all manmade human problems is over-population, public programs to help increase mankind's litters should not only be de-timed but a tax implemented on those who are pro-litter life-killers. A realtime, personal tax rate would be part of the controlled depopulation to save life on earth.

The anti-abortionists are not pro-life as they seek to litter the planet's lanscape with more CO2 sinning people.
