      With 24in4, grads can work in career fields. Of 1990 college grads, 50% never worked in their career field for which they studied and borrowed for four years. School days would start by citizens fulfilling their HCS as teacher assistants, many would be parents of the students. The Fridays-Mondays of teachers four-day weekends will be field and tests days conducted by HCS volunteers. Teachers will also preside over highly trained HCS tutors as classroom assistants.
