Personalized Tax Rate

With modern telecomputation, it is not only possible to have realtime taxation but to have personalized tax rates based on the taxpayer's general and specific cost of public services benefitting the taxpayer. If everyone was taxed realtime according to the able-bodied costs then it would be impossible to have a budget deficit.
