Betterism is Not Better

Betterism describes how cerain people automatically think they are better than other people. This is the basis of discrimination which prevents the best problem-solver being appointed to solve a problem. As a result, humanity suffers more problems longer. In many cases, the "I'm better than you" person causes more problems because they are not only a lesser problem-solver but in many cases lacking in the iCube to solve the problem.

Betterism is an example of scumnuts, that is, people wanting to get something for nothing. Better people, old and nouveau, want a free ride because they are special.

Betterism is a pillar of depotism. It is anti-democracy. Betterists don't believe in meritocracy as the basis for selecting, electing or hiring people.
