RE-DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station which the [Logical] Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to Separation.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness --

That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed,

that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government [new policy-makers or politicians],

laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light or transient Causes;

and accordingly all Experiences have shown, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism,

it is their Right,

Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies [citizens]; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The History of the present King of Great-Britain [politicians of America] is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.

(The habitual politicians have allowed special treatment of them and theirs, under and against the logical laws of any land; by so doing, they have destroyed public accord, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.)

He has forbidden his governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

(The habitual politicians have themselves obstructed the passage of productive laws by dwelling on counterproductive legisflation; they have constipated the law process with petty political cheese and pork-barrel projects; for their own benefit, the good of the land has been compromised.)

He has refused to pass other Laws for the Accommodation of large Districts of People, unless those People would relinquish the Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only.

(The habitual politicians have consistently ignored improved democracy so that better re-presentation of the citizens' concern and consensus could be rightly apportioned, a Right inestimably needed to solve problems, and formidable to Tyrants that want to hoard all problem-solving power and responsibility for them and theirs.)

He has called together Legislative Bodies at Places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the Depository of their Public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with His Measures.

(The habitual politicians have centralized and federalized increasing amounts of the citizens information into a Bureaucracy that is insensitive and fatiguing to those who wish merely to solve the problems of life, for the sole Purpose of increasing the control by the Politicians over the average persons' life, to the detriment of we of the people.)

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly for opposing with mainly Firmness his Invasions on the Rights of the People.

(The habitual politicians have ignored calls for a new Constitutional Conventions exclusive of any role on their part, and have caused investigative agencies of the government to invade the privacy and violate the Rights of the People who call for democratic, national policy making.)

He has refused for a long Time, after such Dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within.

(The habitual politicians have for a long time corrupted the selection and election processes whereby honest and competent problem-solvers could be freshly elected to deal with the problems of today, not some past glorious day; in the mean time, the problems of the land are increasingly unsolved; our military is being decapitated by how the habitual politicians write the tax laws; increasingly, they shelter and exempt more and more income, preventing an adequate capitalization of defense forces with human and material resources, against the Dangers of Invasion; such tax-laws have generated a schism that is catalyzing domestic inflation and unemployment which promotes Convulsions within.)

He has endeavoured to prevent the Population of these States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws of Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

(The habitual politicians have mismanaged the American Economic System Of Production; the habitual politicians have saddled AESOP with inflation, unemployment, and taxation to the point that America can no longer fulfill the words on the Statue of Liberty

Give me your tired, your poor, your hungry and downtrodden;

America is big enough for more ... if it had only more productive policy-making and less counterproductive political decisions.)

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

(The habitual politicians have despotically and tyrannically promoted centralization of Judiciary Powers rather than promoting a apportionment of problem-solving powers and responsibility to the level at which the problems arise and can be more effectively and efficiently resolved.)

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and payment of their Salaries.

(The habitual politicians have politicized the process of selecting Judges, witness the number of pending judgeships that were dropped when the Democrats lost control of the White House in 1980. A politicized judiciary process is not just and is a polluted monument to the habitual politicians.)

He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of their Officers to harass our People, and eat out their Substance.

(The habitual politicians have avoided educating the people to solving the problems of the land; instead, the habitual politicians have erected a Multitude of Regulatory Offices that push rather than lead our People; the inflationary cost of rising regulation and taxation is eating out the Substance of our daily bread.)

He has kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing Armies, without consent of our Legislatures.

(The habitual politicians have kept among us in times of peace soldiers to wage repression of our peaceful protests for more responsible and re-presentative government.)

He has affected to render the Military independent of, and superior to Civil Power.

(The habitual politicians have so far not exacted martial law upon the land; with rising inflation, unemployment, taxation, and violence, however, it is only a matter of time before they resort to military defense of their corrupt and incompetent policy-making.)

He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

(The habitual politicians from the various states have combined together to subject we the people to a Jurisdiction foreign to our daily lives, and unacknowledged by everyday common sense; they have given to votes to legisflation that has compromised the well-being of the nation for the good of themselves and theirs)

For quartering large Bodies of Armed Troops among us:

(For generating a plethora of regulatory bureaucrats armed with unsafe safety regulations, illogical laws, and dreadful threats of political ill-will lest we oblige them in campaign contributions.)

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

(Many special industries and individuals have been permitted to break the logical and moral law "Thou shall not steal" under the illogical, immoral, but legal laws of the corrupt and incompetent politicians. Under empty-shell corporations beyond prosecution and punishment, dishonest people fleece the productive and innocent individual. Fines are levied against guilty corporations which the consumer ultimately pays, rather than against the guilty persons within the corporation. The list of illogical, immoral but legal laws is too long to cite which excuse guilty, privileged parties from just punishment.)

For cutting off our Trade with all Parts of the World:

(By nature of mismanaging the nation's economy, contrary to a 1946 legal law, the habitual politicians have necessitated a protectionist's mentality among themselves and the citizens; this new isolationism will result in tariffs and restraint of international trade, to the detriment of all except the habitual politicians who have the privilege of junketing to any international market in pursuit of "finding facts.")

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

(The habitual politicians have avoided the productive use of modern telecommunication, to not only ignore the relevant concerns of the people on problems, but to ignore the consensus of the people on whether the politicians should tax the people ... so as to throw the tax-payers money at the unsolved problems. Clearly, if modern communications were democratically used, more problems would be solved and fewer taxes would be needed.)

For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:

(For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury, the habitual politicians have allowed a price-gouging monopoly to develop in the training of jurisprudence and establishment of court laws; the citizen cannot simply and justly defend his rights in a trial by Jury.

For transporting us beyond the Seas to be tried for pretended Offenses:

(The habitual politicians have subpoenaed citizens to appear before committees that benefit only the self-glorifying politicians in their pretended offense on solving the problems of the land.)

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an arbitrary Government, and enlarging its Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule unto these Colonies:

(For abolishing logical and moral laws for a productive state, and as importantly, individual rights by encroachment of bureaucratic regulation, with despotic absolutism becoming increasing the rule over these States and Individuals:)

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Governments:

(The habitual politicians since the inception of the U.S. Constitution 200 years ago have not suspended our own Legislatures, but have prevented their needed formation in the first place! As the country and the problems grew, intermediate levels of democratic legislation [demolevels] were needed, invested with the power and responsibility to rule upon and rule out the problems at or below those demolevels; instead, the habitual politicians have retained an over-centralization of legislative powers to the detriment of solving problems, to the detriment of the people who suffer the problems.)

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

(As their bad policy-making continues to grow, like crab-grass in fields once fertile and full with essential goods and services, the habitual politicians will levy military force to suppress those who suffer and complain about inflation, unemployment, and taxation; the habitual politicians will equate themselves with being the state, "L'etat, c'est moi", and will portray all loyal opposition as subversives to the state.)

He has plundered our Seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the Lives of our People.

(The habitual politicians, with their legisflation and necronomics, have ruined the American Economic System Of Production; they have permitted the pollution of our waterways and seas, they have policied the ghettoization of our cities, and destroyed innumerous physical and psychological lives here and abroad with their corruption and incompetence.)

He is, at this Time, transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized Nation.

(The habitual politicians are organizing the multiplication of the tools of destruction rather than the tools of production; the short fall of the latter will necessitate conditions precipitating the use of the former; with these tools of destruction they will work death and tyranny upon all who oppose them, domestic and foreign; these acts are already begun in circumstances of supporting cruel and perfidious enterprises both domestic and foreign, acts which will set new standards of barbarity for any Heads of State, domestic or foreign.)

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the Executioners of their Friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

(The habitual politicians have in the recent past caused citizen soldiers in the National Guard to fire upon unarmed citizens protesting the corrupt and incompetent conduct of the habitual politicians.)

He has excited domestic Insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the Inhabitants of our Frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.

(The habitual politicians have divided the nation, have excited domestic confrontation between labor and management, between business and consumer to bring on the Inflation of our Fears, the merciless savaging of our standard of living is an undistinguished Destruction of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.)

In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble of Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince [politician], whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.

Nor have we been wanting in Attentions to our British Brethren [Political incumbents and clones]. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts by their Legislature [Legisflation] to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our Emigration and Settlement here. We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace, Friends.

We, therefore, the Re-presentatives of the

appealing to the Supreme Judge of the orld

do, in the Name,
and by the good Authority of the good people
of these Colonies [Economic Systems Of Production],

solemnly Publish and Declare,
That these United Colonies are,
and of Right ought to be,

and that all political Connection
between them and the state of Great Britain,

And for the support of this declaration, with firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor.

An Inflationary Problem-Sufferer

Dear Politician,

In the latter part of April 1980, the recently disposed political leaders of the Republic of Liberia were executed on the beaches of Monrovia, the capital of Liberia. Like the Boston Tea Party, the Liberian Beach Party was a people's expressed resentment toward corrupt and incompetent policy-makers. Under the present organization of political primaries, election, and legisflation, the American politicians are fomenting and fermenting their own Liberian Beach Party.

Sirs, as you are presently organized, there is nothing you can do to stop it. Your policy-making process is corrupted by your political parties. Do you really think that the problem-solving process organized by you is going to solve the nation's problems? Do really think that your excessive staffs and sub-sub-committees are going to define and solve the problems of the American people? If you do, you are as blind as Marie Antoinette. There is no way that you are going to stop the rise of problems. At a certain point the American people will rise up against you.

This is not written as a threat but as a prophesy based on the innumerous historical precedents. Remember, those who forget the lessons of the past are doomed to repeat the mistakes of past. If you care about your personal survival, and those of your loved ones, you must replace not only yourself but your ways of policy-making. Otherwise, the unsolved problems will grow. And your final price will grow from your part in misleading the nation, ruining rather than running a problem-solving process. The writing is on the wall.

Do not take refuge in the military or the police. Are they immune from the problems that you ignore, foster and multiply? Do you think that the enlisted man on food stamps will really defend you? Do you think that law enforcement officers are going to protect you when they suffer more each day directly and indirectly from inflation? Especially when you continually vote yourself more raises, bigger expense accounts, and more privileges--inflationary gains that cause inflationary suffering for taxpayers.

Do you not realize that the American people will be angered by your further insulating and isolating yourself from the problems and violence that you are responsible for moreso than anyone else? Make no mistake of it, person for person you are responsible for the American mess. One of your own number says it nicely,

If congressional leaders aren't responsible for the shape we're in, then who the hell is?⁽¹⁾

Who has been entrusted with the power and the responsibility to solve the problems of the land? Who has abused this power and responsibility? Who has mistranslated the logic of capitalism into illogical legal laws that are the basis of so much inflationary suffering? Who? You!

Do not take refuge in saying that you have passed only a few laws, that you have been in politics only a few years. A big part of your guilt is in not repealing the existing laws that legalize inflationary returns with the axiomatic inflationary suffering. Each day that the laws are on the books is a day that you have by your non-action reenacted them into law. As the "sins of the fathers are inherited upon the children" so is your guilt assured by virtue of your having been cloned in the image of your predecessors.

If you think that you can correct all your mistakes, you are fooling yourself, wasting precious time and engendering more anger toward you. There is no way in hades that all you corrupt and incompetent politicians are going to start being heavenly problem-solvers. You have too many IOU's on each other and will never cease being power hungry and end your willingness to use the IOU's. Your salvation is not merely resigning: your name is on too many bills that did not solve problems. Your only hope of avoiding a Liberian Beach Party is to not only quit, but to

make sure your successor is untainted and uncloned,

and institute a more democratic process within which to solve the problems of America.

Anything less than your personal resignation and your promotion of a democratic process, in which to collect, filter, perculate and hone the relevant information, is a prescription for your bloody end.

Do the right and fair thing. Fulfill the words of your speechwriters. Promote democracy so that America can have the benefits of democracy--a problem-freer existence. Promote a problem-freer world. The memory of your errors will be past and placid, not fresh and fetid. And really, what are you being asked to do but to democratically tap our intelligence so as to solve our problems. It is the only way that our problems will be solved. Wait too long and we will no longer care whether the problems are solved. Like Northern Ireland, Lebanon and Liberia, revenge will be more important in our economically and socially depressed lives.
