Each nation already has it own PayPal account into which supporters increase their wallet of lifeminutes for voting transactions or pay fees for use of the Civility Brainbees.

Via daily PayPal transfers to a bank account, Building Block vendors automatically receive payment for standard cloud services. Any vendor custom service costs are billed to Timism.com operations account which initially receives 10% of all PayPal transfers. Fees beyond operational costs go to each national Timism NGO and a special Ukraine fund.

Cash Disbursement (tentative):

1. 3.0% to Timism originators, lifetime.
2. 10.0% to loan retirement, FIFO.
3. 10.0% to Timism, Inc, for operating and development costs. Initial, reduced over time.
4. 77.0% to Ukraine funds.

The bank disbursement of cash will be automatic to accounts with accounting review by Timism's accountant.
