and essays. Important to note is the role of a single framework from which
research is analyzed and reviewed: Timism: The
Morality
of More Time, a.k.a., the
Periodic
Table of Existence. Timism explains existence from three processes for
the six levels of existence: physical, metabolic, mental, economic, political
and moral.
The following concepts were created and integrated per Timism as a heuristic
tool of investigation.

Level
Rights: To optimally prevent or right wrongs, the power and means
to solve the problem must be at the level of existence where the problem
originates. States rights and human rights are only two level of many rights:
International, national, community, family, personal, organ, cell, animal,
etc. Politicians who wrongly assign or monopolize power are correct when
they say the take responsibility, that is, take ability to respond
to problems. Au contraire, when politicians make good policies
then the polity in the polis will be polite without police.
