India Internet Scams

As part of my tentative 2022 Congressional campaign, I propose legislation to curb internet scams. Below is an example from experience. There are two culprits, the Indian company that uses the internet to scam Ameicans and the incompetent Indian postal system.

Please help me have numerous accounts by entering your example of being scammed by an company in India.

Re: False, misleading Indian advertisement … increased tariffs … ban on Indian pharmaceuticals … Indian postal system

Greetings:

When I run again for the US Congress and win, I intend to reform several India trade policies based on my experience with Pharmacy Mall (cheap-pharma.com) and the Indian postal system. Thru a link (“India Internet Scams”) on my website www.Timism.com, I intend to collect other examples of India not policing its internet businesses.  They falsely advertise for an extra $29.95 that customer will receive the medication in 3-8 days. The below time-line shows my order of 3-12-2021 has not been delivered in over 30 days. Please note the repeated references to “ASAP”—another falsehood. I paid for insurance and have not received re-imbursement from Pharmacy Mall. (My emails are in red.)

  1. 03-15-2021 Recently you have placed an order on our site We are glad to inform you that your order 1-93081 was sent to you. You may track your parcel using your shipping tracking ID: EQ102435524IN To get the tracking information, you are to log in at www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and insert your tracking ID into the special field.

  2. 03-23-2021 Shipping Delay: Please do not worry. Unfortunately sometimes a status of a shipping track is not updated in time. But that does not mean that you are not going to receive your order. The package is on the way to you and will soon be delivered.

  3. 03-25-2021 Why has a label been created and it is not in the system. Where is the hold-up? Who is responsible? You, India Post or USPS.

  4. 03-27-2021 Haven’t you received any notice? (Given that I am complaining about no tracking, no product, etc., this is a nonsense email from Pharmacy Mall.)

  5. 03-27-2021  Nothing. The USPS site says "Label Created. Not entered into system." (This indicates Pharmacy Mall has not done its due diligence.) When can I claim my insurance cost recovery?

  6. 03-29-2021 Unfortunately we kindly ask you to wait a little. If the parcel is not delivered this week contact us asap.

  7. 04-02-2021 I ordered my medication on March 13, almost 3 weeks ago. USPS tracking says Label Created but not in the system. Please refund my money or find my medication.

  8. 04-03-2021 We kindly ask you to wait till Wednesday. If no parcel is received contact us asap. (Clearly, instead of resolving the issue, Pharmacy Mall uses the same pro forma response … I would guess it is a tactic to wear down the complaining customer until the customer stops complaining.)

  9. 04-03-2021 You have already sent me this ASAP message asking me to wait till yesterday. I am contacting both Visa and Mastercard to have your card processing rights terminated.

  10. 04-03-2021 You are guilty of false advertising with your express shipping service for which you charge extra but consistently fail to deliver. This is not the first time that promised delivery in days have become weeks.

  11. 04-03-2021 I am old. I hate being disrespected as you have repeatedly done. Hell hath no fury like a customer repeatedly disrespected. My goal is to stop you from making false promises to other people.

  12. 04-03-2021 I am filing a complaint against an Indian company that has repeatedly misled me on shipping me medication. I paid for 3-8 day express service but now it is approaching week four with the USPS tracking saying "Label Created, not yet in system" In other words, I have been sold a bill of sales without any shipment. The company is http://cheap-pharma.com/.

  13. 04-04-2021 .Dear Client, Please do not worry. Unfortunately sometimes a status of a shipping track is not updated in time. But that does not mean that you are not going to receive your order. This is 3 weeks after the order with no USPS tracking indicating product in transit.

  14. 04-04-2021  If I receive my order it will be many days later than promised. I need my narcoleptic medicine yesterday, not repeat empty promises.

  15. 04-05-2021 Every time I check the USPS tracking and see ” Label Created, not yet in system," I realize that you have been and are lying to me.

  16. 04-05-2021 Dear Client, We resent your order on 2021-04-05 via EMS. Please, await. (I have been waiting and waiting.) There is no USPS tracking of this “resent” article. A BIG FAT LIE—same tracking number.

  17. 04-05-2021 Recently you have placed an order on our site We are glad to inform you that your order 1-93081 was sent to you. You may track your parcel using your shipping tracking ID: EQ102459097IN To get the tracking information, you are to log in at www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and insert your tracking ID into the special field. (This is an EXACT REPEAT of the 03-15-2021 initial communication—what game is Pharmacy Mall playing?)

  18. 04-12-2021 A local USPS employee checked the tracking number and said the package had never left India that it was sitting in Indian post office for almost a month. Pharmacy Mall, based on this, repeatedly lied, e.g., “resent.” And, the second culprit is the Indian postal system.

More about me.

  1. I graduated from the largest university in Illinois in two years, cum laude. One semester, I ace’d seven courses for 24 credit hours. (transcript)

  2. In 1998, I ran for Congress as an independent winning 25% of the vote, 5 times the average independent.

  3. In 2022, I will win because of my definitive description of the “how and why” of climate change based on how CO2 is the Global, Multi-Tasking Killer Molecule and my proposals to reverse climate change.

Pharmacy Mall and Indian postal system have denied me my anti-narcolepsy medicine that I need to stay awake to work on my campaign to fulfill the Primary Moral Imperative of saving life on Planet Earth from climate hell.

If I get my medication and refund (for time wasted) I will spend more time on the PMI than on researching and sharing scams of Indian internet companies and India’s postal system.

Sincerely,

Robert S. Barnett
