Omnibus Issues

Brainbees will be held for national issues upon which 1,000,000 votes will be collected. Issues with a plurality will be combined into a jumbo omnibus legislative bill for the first Timist Congress to vote. The Omnibus voting will observe Dollar Democracy, that is, $1 returns 1 lifehour credit. The expected 1000's of Omnibus Issues will result in a billions of dollars in Timism revenue.
