The linear speed of light is an epiphenomenon of the rotational speed and

(In the US Navy, I scored a record high on the final comprehensive
electricity/electronic exam. Twenty-five percent of my instructors told me
that I understood the nature of electricity better than they did. Like organic
chemistry, if one can imagine the little buggers [before CAI], one can better
