Re: Dismissal of case Ref GV18000210-00 Robert Barnett (Burnette)
[(Robert S. Barnett of 3600 Anne St, Richmond, VA 23225)]
To whom it may concern:
For three main reasons this case against me, the defendant Robert Barnett, should be dismissed at the earliest possible opportunity:
Please note the following: Since 2012, I have not been
on the neighbor's property. I have not`used profanity. I
have not threatened them with a gun. I have not
initiated any action: All my interactions have been
reactions to their breaking laws that have been harmful to my property
and rights under the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. The neighbors
are persistent, prevaricating pinocchios, i.e., pathological liars. If I
had done these things, I would already be incarcerated.
I have told the neighbors that if they continue their illegal activities that their actions will end up costing them their parking, their jobs, and, possibly, their home. Attempting to solve the Anne Street crimes through the police department (emails) and city council has failed--see Petition to Remove Parker Agelasto from office for malfesance. Prior to November, 2012, I did about $15,000 in improvements to Betty Ann Brown's property, and she was my favorite neighbor. At that time, she said I was stealing her electricity and called another neighbor a "white bitch." Since then I have recorded, at their instigation by playing a car radio at 90db, over 100 videos of their law-breaking: Categories by crime ... Chronology by date. |

The warranted violation of the 180310 Protective Order, the basis of
the Case G8015177-00, was issued 180402.
I never knew of the original Protective Order (180310) until told by officer (Davis) responding to my wife's 911 on 180331. Officer Davis told me about it and had another officer retrieve the Protective Order to serve it on me at that time. I was "deprived of the liberty" to defend myself thus my claim for dismissal because of denial of due process. (Officer Davis spur-of-the-moment incident card.) The video-taped 180331 incident cited by Betty Ann Brown was on a public street, not private property. When the Richmond Police Department received the video, they arrested Betty Ann Brown for assault and battery--Barnett subpoena as witness. How is it that I can be charged with violating a protection/no trespassing order when I have not been on the Brown/Baker property since 2012? How can I be charged with violating a protective order when the warrant originator was arrested for her actions in the incident? |
