Have's and Have Not's of Anne Street RVA
Please note the following: Since 2012,
  1. I have not been on the neighbor's property.
  2. I have not used profanity.  
  3. I have not threatened them with a gun while Betty Ann Brown threatening brandished a gun--video (at end).
  4. I have not initiated any action: All my interactions have been reactions to their breaking laws that have been harmful to my property and rights under the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.
  5. I have not stalked anyone. I have the greatest wife in the world and I have the greatest intellectual property in the world: Timism, the Morality of More Time. Why would I waste my time stalking?
  6. I have told the neighbors that if they continue their illegal, law-breaking activities that their actions will end up costing them their parking, their jobs, and, possibly, their home. Attempting to solve the Anne Street crimes through the police department (emails) and city council has failed--see Petition to Remove Parker Agelasto from office for malfesance.

The neighbors are persistent, prevaricating pinocchios, i.e., pathological liars. If I had done these things, I would already be incarcerated.

Prior to November, 2012, I did about $15,000 in improvements to Betty Ann Brown's property, and she was my favorite neighbor. At that time, she said I was stealing her electricity and called another neighbor a "white bitch." Since then I have recorded, at their instigation by playing a car radio at 90db, over 100 videos of their law-breaking: Categories by crime ... Chronology by date.
