Dear Committee Chairs and Members:

I have been mistreated at the Veterans Affairs McGuire Hospital in Richmond, VA. At www.VeteransAffairsGulag.com, I chronicled the worsening mistreatment between 2010 and 2013. My most recent mistreatment in July, 2018, was de facto arrest and 4-day imprisonment when a judge ordered my release. The recent mistreatment involved my reapproaching the V.A. for medical care. In a delivered "rapproachment" letter, I requested better treatment with reference to how the McGuire staff had killed my desire to live. I have continued my on-going research as a matter of duty and obligation.

An hour after I delivered the letter, an ambulance and police car showed up at my house. The policeman said I could go voluntarily to McGuire VAMC or being arrested, handcuffed and transported. I "volunteered." At McGuire, I was misled as to why I was there with notes taken to incriminate, mislabel and mistreat me. I was asked to call my wife because without her vouching for me, I would be transferred to a mental ward. Later, my wife said that a Ms. Williams said right off the bat to her that I was going to be held for observation. The attached letter by McGuire's director, Brandecker, is refuted. I view the latest incident as an attempt to silence my Veterans Affair criticism based on documented mistreatment from 2010 to 2013.

Now, why should you care about one veteran? I am no ordinary veteran. Enclosed is a letter to the Chinese government in which I intend to transfer my intellectual property as described in the letter. If not China then I will try India followed by Russia.

I am no ordinary veteran. The reverse has my college transcript. Enclosed is my resume. Also, visit ... I have great raw intellect. Don't you wish you had been gifted with a great intellect? Commitant with the intellect is a purist's work ethic, that is, I want to solve the problem and then worry about getting paid. My work ethic reward? A level of happiness resented by those less happy, e.g., Williams and Bowman who tainted their diagnosis as I laughed at their actions as an inconsequential waste of time.

I am no ordinary veteran: I care not for the mundane materialists, e.g., boomers and millenials. I know little of habitual play (sports) but I can expound on all levels from a common framework: Timism, The Morality of More Time, aka, the Periodic Table of Existence. I do not expect you to understand Timism as is capture in the essay, You Cannot Respect Me. Timism is a 50-year research that created a unified framework for understanding life and existence from the bottom of physics to the heights of morality.

I am no ordinary veteran: At bottom level of Timism's  T.O.E. is an insight and elaboration that should unite the two fields of physics: The linear speed of light is an epiphenomenon of the rotational speed and precession angle of the smallest particle.This long-standing insight since the mid-1970s has been applied to many fields including climate change upon which I first wrote in 1982 with numerous essays since then. Do you want my final years explaining Timism in China, India or Russia?

I am no ordinary veteran: VoteTime is a multi-threated application that works on any Windows computer and scanner. One enters one's address and a pre-printed ballot pops up for marking leisurely at home for rapid scanning at the polling place. VoteTime can save the estimated $13-$15 billion to replace the aging Year 2000 hackable systems.

I am no ordinary veteran: Navy Or Army is a webpage whereby active service personnel can homestead/claim upwards of $400,000 in Timism, Inc., stock grants. The bulk of the eventual stock ownership will be service member owned. Unless it goes to China, India or Russia. My business model describes why I am not interested in millions or billions. Like being a college professor, I have better things to do. Based on brainbees, Timism will have many avenues of cash revenue. Pentagonians: Do you want Chinese, Indian or Russian military members to have this cash stream? If not, contact the V.A. to end my gulag mistreatment.

I am no ordinary veteran: How many complainers have come to you with the herein described intellectual banquet? Do you want the vittles of Timism to feed China? India? Russia?

Brandecker claims I have a history of bipolar disorder. My career achievements and humanity activism refute his CYA BS letter of lies. As I showed one Ms. William, I maintain a notepad with two columns (example) in which the left column is the serious productive projects with the right columns being simple, mundate honey-do's. How she translated this bi-column for success into bi-polar illness is a refection on her millenial incompetence and personality disorder. She (and cohort Ms. Bowman) should not be judging others' personality based on their misjudging, misdiagnosing and mistreating me. Do they have my unique achievements, references, goals and plans? No. I bet they have never met a person with my integrity of intellect and intelligence who is a super-happy eccentric. Perhaps they mistake my speech impediment for stupidity?

Do you want to avert China, India or Russia receiving the ownership of Timism? To avert my seeking political asylum abroad and an eventual $5 million civil lawsuit, I have two requests. It is not about the money, e.g., my business model and NavyOrArmy.com. One request is obvious and very commonplace: Veterans Affairs picks up my healthcare costs outside of any VAMC facility. The second request will be revealed at a meeting of the above committee Chairs and of the Veterans Affair Secretary. Designated representatives is acceptable. Secretary is set the date, time and location. You will be surprised at my second request compared to the alternative. Included will be the closing of VeteransAffairs-Gulag.com website as well as references to it.

The deadline for the meeting is August 25, 2018. I will travel to Washinton, DC, if given two-days notice. Chairs, you need to set the date, time and location for the Virginia legislators. Feel free to have your own representative. Representatives of the executive branch departments are encouraged.
