1. Caveats: Guidelines to ensure Timism.com is used for better democracy and capitalism as necessary tools to reverse climate change.
   1. In general, end-users determine the content of brainbees as well as creation of new classes of brainbees. I reserve those rights also to myself. Aiven employees can participate as end-users with Aiven having no editorial or censorship authority. Aiven receives the cash from a  monopoly on internet usage.
   2. I will require a low seven-figure loan to be repaid from revenues--I have Timism-related debts I want to pay off before I die. When you see the financial gains, you will know that you will quickly get your money back as a percentage of revenue stream.

2. Contract between Timism.com/Timism, Inc. and ISP (tentative)
   1. It is understood that both parties want Timism.com to be a success, first and foremost, as the Tools of Timism will foster better democracy (brainbees) and capitalism(lifehours) in all nations as the lynchpin to reverse climate change in fulfilling the Primary Moral Imperative: More money in a lesser world is not profitable. The originator of Timism seeks neither fame nor fortune but a legacy of catalyzing a better future.
   2. Aiven will have until October 25, 2021 to acquire a 30-day right of first refusal for a $25,000 loan to be repaid from Timism.com cashflow.
   3. Aiven can acquire, within the window of right of first refusal, a permanent monopoly on cloud services to almost 200 Timism-?? domains at all levels for a $2.5 million loan to be repaid by Timism.com cashflow.
   4. Aiven maintains, modifies and improves the cloud service to optimize efficiency. Services general to customers is not chargeable. Unique, customized services are billable.
   5. Aiven is paid by each national Timism organization for the services to that national organization. The national organization retains control of revenue beyond service costs to expend within common guidelines.
   6. Aiven has no control over brainbee content other than Aiven associates participating in the brainbees.
   7. Aiven can implement additional code which Timism.com/Inc can nullify if found to be counter-productive to the Primary Moral Imperative.
   8. In general, brainbees will be used to improve Timism.com/Inc with Timism (or its originator) having creative and editorial right to brainbee content and/or deletion.

3. Features of Brainbees:
   

   Brainbees were first working on touch-tone phones in 1989. Every few years, I would offer it to the public with no immediate takers, e.g., Ross Perot (Independent 1992 U.S. Presidential candidate with 18% of votes). I did not push the marketing as I had other curiosities I found more interesting and motivating, E=MCC=hf. Now, I realize I may have waited too long. Hope you realize this gift and share with others. As the forthcoming CC: emails will show, I am skinning two other critters which show the focus and possibilities of standard prioritizing of human information to better solve problems.

   1. Brainbees mimic its eponym by collecting, filtering, perculating and prioritizing information.
   2. Brainbees are like spelling bees. Participants navigate in a few strokes to the submission page where they enter their idea whether a problem-definition/solution or candidacy. At the submission deadline, participants are put in groups of seven with rank voting determining the winner who proceeds to the next brainbee level.
   3. In the public sphere, brainbees can be used for citizen legislation, zero-cost primaries, level rights, boycotts, civility brainbees and nation-building. Privately, they can be used for job hiring and marketing research.
   4. Every human policy-making, private or public, can be uniquely defined by two variables: ICANN code and postalcode of location.
   5. Brainbees will do to policy-making what computers in the 1990s did to bookkeeping, accounting and logistics, that is, cut costs and time by 90%.
   6. Grassroots:They are self-creating from the grassroots up.  Brainbees, literally and figuratively, are the ultimate form of automatic grassroot democracy, designed to be self-creating, self-scaling and self-funding.

4. Financial Gain for Internet Provider: Please note that the financial income of  providing brainbees to the world are available for free to you.
   1. I am in my eighth decade. Financially, I don't need the money tho repaying angels (family and friends) is a personal goal. My mentality is akin to Mahatma Gandhi as is obvious in my resume and life's work (Timism).
   2. My motivation is a legacy of providing the means for better democracy--brainbees. I have spent too much time modifying my wedding dress and not enough time on finding a groom. In other words, my massive integrated research and coding (Timism: The Periodic Table of Existence) might never be part of history nor benefit life on earth.

The internet service provider has a monopoly on providing needed service at fair market value. Excess cashflow goes into the public treasuries.

5. Intelligence of Bob Barnett
   1. I have unique qualifications. When it comes to people reviewing my qualifications and claims, they usually have one of two dismissive responses: "You are a crackpot liar." or "No one can be that smart."
   2. Obviously, a 100wpm typist can compose and share more quality thoughts faster than a chicken typist who distractingly hunts and pecks out his diminished message. Likewise for any visionary who can readily translate a reform proposal into code to facilitate the reform. I am both a 100wpm typist and a grape-vined programmer.
   3. When it comes to translating visions into reality, the programming process itself helps shapes the vision from a dream to working reality. A programming visionary travels farther and faster than a team translating a vision into code with intervening stumbling blocks.
   4. Visions are cheap. Like opinions, everyone has one, usually tunnel vision. Visions without roadmaps are stop signs. A competent code has the cartography and construction tools to both layout the path and build the roads to a better future: Brainbees. Timism's visions extend 360 degrees over the horizon.
   5. Timism's able visions and enabling software are like a glove fitting a hand rather than square pegs and round holes.
   6. My high iCube (integrity of intellect [nature] and intelligence [learning])is based in my being an asperger autist. I am an emotional and lifestyle minimalistic mentalist. Over the years, I have cared little for the values that motivate others. This alienates others who do not see me cheerleading their values. Thus, the meaningfulness of my thoughts (time-saving problem-solutions) is high, maybe too high.

6. Level Rights: Appropriate the Means to Solve Problems at the level of humanity where the problems begin.

      to logically and efficiently solve our wrongs.
   2. They are akin to a manual two-speed problem-solving transmission
      while level rights are a six-speed automatic transmission.

7. Lifehours: Timism's accounting system is a cyber-currency that comes into existence as a supporter directly or indirectly solves a time-wasting problem. Lifehours exit the money supply as taxes. Lifehours are transacted, redeemed or traded in one's national currency with the average value of lifehour at work, e.g., about $25 in US or ?? in India. Thus, each human's life is the same when it comes to solving problems. (Each lifehour has, naturally, 60 lifeminutes.)
