The third is the one from which East Coasters should learn. In the 1990s, Texas energy companies built gas-fired electricity generating plants across the border in Mexico to avoid environmental restrictions. The generated CO2 went downwind into Texas causing the many year drought broken by deluges. The same sequence has been the source of all major, long-lasting droughts that cause social, economic and political chaos--see Global Dying (East Africa, West Africa, China/Korea, Canada, US Southeast, Brazil, Caspian Sea, Australia, U.S. South/Midwest, Russia). De-seeding Clouds: Rainfall has and will continue to fall as the ratio of particulates to B.T.U. drops in the switch from coal to gas. This is de facto de-seeding clouds, that is, the opposite of attempts to cause rainfall by seeding clouds. Increased CO2 will bind H2O for delivery other than the normal rain patterns. Particulates in the atmosphere are like bacteria in your intestines: If you de-bacterialize your bowels, you will die. Lower gas prices and higher rates of flooding: People cheering below $2/gallon pump price fail to realize how the pump price is a downpayment on a loan from Mother Nature with loan-shark interest rates in the form of droughts, fires and floods. A timistic analysis shows upfront time savings is lost in later losses of time to fix the problems caused by increased CO2 levels. Predictions: Dominion's CO2-absconded water will fall downwind into the Atlantic Ocean. When illogical, harmful projects are pushed through public policy-making with numerous procedures being short-shunted and caveats being igknowed, corruption is rife. The questions are where and how. Indirect benefits to friends and relatives of the key policy-makers and staffers are where the graft is normally hidden with quid pro quos. When elected to Congress, I will initiate a brainbee to tap the integrity of the underlings who are necessary to the regulatory process and who know the where's and when's of the "wink-wink's." This information retrieval will a dollar-blind, anonymous brainbee with $1,000,000 being divided among the top seven whistle-blowers and prison incarceration divided among the dishonest, corrupt policy-makers. With the internet, policy-makers are learning there are no secrets.

Anyone, especially politicians, who use the shibboleth of "more jobs" or "grow the economy" should not receive your vote. They are advocating an acceleration of the global holocaust from greenhouse gases that are going to kill you and yours. Two ways to slow the economy: Timism's 3-part Roadmap of re-time loans, jobs and healthcare or the Syrian model of endless violence, war, and refugees. Like equatorial Africa, the latter was due to climate change collapse of the foodchain which forced farmers into increasingly crowded cities with fewer jobs and less food. Dominion employees and pipeline builders: Look at what happened to Alaska's environment and economy after Prudhoe Bay was drilled and petered out. Alaskans won a battle of a few decades of elevated economic CO2-sinning from oil revenues only to find they are losing the war of long-term existential survival. If you truly love your children and grandchildren, you will not condemn them to hell-on-earth so you can have more unneeded junk and play today. Live simple so they can simply live (Gandhi). In the end, thru the AlphaTrifecta, the greedy corporate myops will experience more autism, ADHD and Alzheimers because they breathe the same worsening greenhouse gases as us poor folk. No one can buy their way out of global dying from our CO2-sinning.

Afterthoughts:

1. In downtown protest against the pipeline at Dominion's headquarters, many Dominion employees said they did not care about global warming impact of the pipeline as long as they kept their jobs. Thus, if the pipeline is built, no Dominion employee (direct or indirect) will have the benefits of Timism at the gene pool level. Eventually, if built, the pipeline will be closed down by legislative/executive action as it worsen climate change.

2. 120600 The massive fire(s) in Ft. McMurray, Alberta, Canada, was predicted in the early 2000s where in the subtitle was "The Evolving Shara of North America." An email missive was sent to over 600 news, business and government officials: Burn, Alberta, Burn. It Dominion's pipeline is built, this essay will be dusted off and retitled, "Burn, Virginia, Burn."

3. 120701 Dominion has clearly initiated a public relations campaign to soften public perception, to with, We pay military people the difference when they serve. As a public regulated utility, Dominion does not pay, Dominion customers pay not only for the pay difference but for the Dominion's bogus TV ads. Regulated public utilities should be barred from advertisement as a waste of customer money and as a barrier to bogus ads. We need not only a separation of church and state but a separation of regulation and advertisement.
