As part of my prep for eventual litigation,
I grouped the over 100 videos of my neighbors' wrong doings into categories:
Brandishing Weapon ... Senior Abuse ... Child
Abuse/Endangerment ... Drug Transaction ... Handicap
Phony ... Harassment ... Littering ... Noisy
Car Radio ... Pseudo Handicap ... Signs
So, to incentivize you to put up a needed safety
and serenity sign, Mr. Hilbert, by which to help me have some peace
and quiet before the court case, I will reduce by 10% my sought-after
financial compensation from a Federal Lawsuit for Richmond CrowJimmers violating
my rights to Equal Protection by, of, and from the law under the 14th Amendment.
That is a $500,000 savings for Richmond
taxpayers for you just doing the right thing.
Please note in the following photo several
things.
My neighors park both cars up the hill including
one within the 20ft no parking zone for corners. My workspace is opposite as
my house is at the top the hill.
You can see where they used to park below the
shrubbed entry (which I planted along with the concrete walkway) by the brown
clay without grass.
You can see how these nasty, petty women--who are
not handicapped--abuses the handicap privilege by placing plastic chairs and
buckets in the handicapped zone which they requested and do not use. The
no-parking handicap sign is on the left.
Please note the date/time stamp. I have been
putting up with this unfairness for years (Timeline
List: 2012-2018) because I am white and they are black in the capital of
crowjimism.
Will the unused handicap sign be taken down? Only
when the Antarctic ice cap melts and Richmond is 60ft under
water.
These neighbors are nasty, petty and mean-spirited.
The black Richmond public officials and employees rubber-stamp their
behavior.
In the mean time, for peace and quiet,
if "No Parking" is not erected in front of my door, I will
moved my vehicle into the noise zone that my neighbors prefer over the front of
their house and safer off-street parking further down the Anne Street alley. I
imagine more grist for the CrowJim mill will develop as Betty Ann Brown calls
the police with a black crowjimming RPD LIO saying, based on prior RPD LIO
visits, Audio.
But, maybe, the signs are not needed. The noisy
daughter has not been evidence recently. Perhaps, hopefully, she has moved. The
peace and quiet has been enjoyable, like the peace and quiet you maintain at
your home.
Oops, I spoke too soon. Last night (180123) during
dinner/news hour, she drove up with radio
blaring--I heard her a block away. After some time, she exited the car only
to later move it in front of the house. Again, why does she do this intermediate
step? Because it is the closest point to my workspace. For my loss of peace and
quiet, I blame Council, RPD and DPW for my being a victim of www.CrowJim.com. This repeat, escalating noisy
parking in front of my house. (On 180201, a grandson parked for about 30 minutes
with cardoor open and music playing until another car drove up with an exchange
of a small package and money. Anne Street, a multi-personality crime
scene!)
[The daughter has stopped moving the car to the front--leaving it opposite
my front door/workspace. Lastnight (180205), Anne Street was a used car lot as
illegal parking is again the norm at the corner.
]
Mr. Hilbert, if you want to save Richmond, RPD,
etc., some money and hassle, use your power to get a needed "No Parking" sign
put up in front of my house on Anne Street. Let the neighbors park in front of
their house or farther down Anne Street. All the reasons taking down the
original signs will not stand up in a court of law nor in the court of public
opinion.
Like the past growth of Jim Crow in the South and
its current resurgence in many places as white nationalists, likewise,
CrowJimism is growing in more places than Richmond. My campaign for equality,
peace and quiet is about more than me. As is, Richmond is the capital of
CrowJimism thanks to RPD and DPW.
