Greetings Panelists:

I wish your assistance in promoting a fourth seminar at the UVA Biennial Democracy 2021 based on my shovel-ready tools for better democracy: Brainbees. Right off the bat I want to emphasize that this is a decades-long effort by a person who graduated cum laude at the largest university in Illinois (29,000) students in two years. One period of seven courses I ace'd 24 credit hours. My resume lists a lot of top shelf achievements.

If you take the time to review the enclosed summary sheets, you will see two additional areas of research in which I am probably without peer.

  1. Capitalism is a victim of identity theft. Wall Street hijack the terms and tools of capitalism to decapitalize businesses (bankruptcies) and decapitate jobs (unemployment): Decapitalism.
  2. The Climate Change Smoking Gun:
    Hydrophilia(water-loving): The simple, molecular "how" of droughts, fires and floods
    1. CO2 likes water more than water likes itself whence carbonated beverages with up to 27% CO2 of volume.
    2. Increased atmospheric carbonation soaks up more ground and atmospheric water (FRQs at 34:1) causing droughts and fires.
    3. Subsequently, downwind "soda bottle shakes" cause destructive deluges and floods.
    4. This is a inter-continental, jet-stream closed-loop that is worsening day-by-day. We don't have decades, probably not years.

I first wrote on climate change in 1982 (Oil Droughts) predicting worsening droughts with downwind deluges. We cannot reverse climate change without the tools of better democracy (brainbees) to educate, organize and motivate people (summary sheet enclosed).

The fourth seminar could be conducted with two rounds of questions by the panelists (in reverse alphabetical order). It could begin at 6pm on Saturday, September 26. If UVA allows walk-ons to play sports, it should allow a walk-on for the Primary Moral Imperative of saving life on earth.

If it is the case that UVA does not consider Timism's shovel-ready brainbees worth a fourth seminar then UVA need not worry about using brainbees. The Civility Brainbees will not be available to empower faculty with a new powerful tool to tap the intelligence of others for their research.

Without the proposed fourth seminar, the Biennial Democracy 2021 will be like Cop26 in Glasgow, Scotland, a month later. No new information or solutions will be discovered. The participants will feel good about themselves without impact on the vast masses of humanity. Brainbees can inform, organize and motivate the common folk who live with the problems to solve the problems.

I have registered for the seminars. I will stop by the Miller Center at 4pm, Thursday, September 24, 2021, to see if the powers-to-be want to discuss the proposed format. I will be available Friday morning for further review.

Of course, if UVA is not interested, an email (demcapu@comcast.net) informing me of no UVA interest will save time. ("Demcapu" is an email name I have had since 1984 which is a contraction for Democratic Capitalism.) I have backup options, e.g., Iceland and Finland.

If the powers to be at UVA do not see the benefits of brainbees to share as part of its Biennial Democracy 2021 then UVA should never have these benefits.

Being in my eighth decade on Planet Earth, I hope to escape the non-ending existential meltdown of all of our problem-solving institutions driven my Mother Nature's revenge for our CO2 sinning against her. I won't escape as I now need to replace my 4" gutters with 6" gutters. And, Mother Nature is playing russian roulette with her deluges, fires, hurricanes, etc. One-third of Americans (120 million) have already suffered some negative effect from climate change. As noted in the above "Hydrophilia" box, we are probably in a worsening closed-loop of drought>fire>CO2>drought>fire>CO2>drought>fire>CO2>drought>fire>CO2>death. The better democracy of brainbees can commute out deathrow sentence.
