Euthanization Exemption Based on Lifehour Account

With popular referendums determining elimination of unnecessary human activities and re-timing of necessary businesses, demographic groups will be denied commutation of their sentences on the deathrow of global dying. As a rule, 90% of the people in a condemned demographic group will be euthanized. The commutation of the 10% will be based on who in the demographic group has the most accumulated lifehours. This rewards those who helped implement the Manheaven Project. It punishes those who did nothing or worse.

For instance, some workhogs will continue to hog the work instead of investing time to earn lifehours. Worse for some families will be the public figures who cheerlose by encouraging people to ignore or harm the effort to save live on earth, the primary moral imperative. Too bad for their gene pool  which will be drained.
